  • Care Assistant (Days or Nights) 

Your Role

To assist with the day to day running of the Care Home. You will work directly with residents providing a range of services including personal care, but also taking part in activities and the home's varied social life.

Duties include key-working and keeping daily notes.

Contracts are for 24, 36 or 42 hours per week. Shifts are either twelve or six hours, depending on the rota and your contract. You will need to be available to work weekends and bank holidays where required.

Benefits include full training, paid breaks, on-site parking and a company pension.  You don't need to have previous experience but you must have a caring attitude and enjoy being with older people.

What You Will Need

  • A kind and caring nature
  • A desire to help and support older people including providing personal care
  • A “can do” attitude
  •  Previous experience is not necessary but a willingness to learn and undertake training is essential

  •  Full-time, Part-time, or Contract

Salary: 

  •  £8.72 per hour
